Returns and Refunds Policy

At Aaron Trails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Return Time Frame

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition cannot be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

Note: Refunds are issued via the same method used for purchase. Since we operate on cash-on-delivery, approved refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
